Prairie White Ale is a true Belgian-style wheat beer. It is patiently brewed from Saskatchewan two-row barley, spring wheat and choice hop varietals. Adding the zest of premium oranges and natural Saskatchewan coriander creates refreshing citrus notes with a subtle spice. It has a slightly cloudy appearance, proof that we d never filter out the rich, complex flavours.
